Jalapeño Jelly :)

We’ve had a great crop of jalapeños this year. So, I thought I’d attempt jalapeño jelly for the first time. It was no more difficult than any other jelly, but since my skin is pretty sensitive to jalapeños and I had to stir it for 10 minutes while it boiled, my hands are burning.

I’ve never tried it, but I’ve heard it’s good served over a warm block of cream cheese. We’ll see…

Hello! We're Jake's Run. We live on a farm with lots of sheep, 4 dogs, a big garden, lots of jars for canning, a lot of yarn, and a couple of humans. We sell lamb meat, jams and jellies, home grown produce (when it's in season), and crocheted items, including topped towels, dish cloths, etc. Here at the farm, there's always something to be done and it's always under construction. Come along and join us for the fun!

I got a huge crop too. Some reason I never made. Always stuck to use for salsa, chow chow or pickled for tailgate foods. I’m still not convinced. Good luck!
