It has finally dried out enough to start the greens. I was beginning to wonder if this day was ever going to arrive. Today we start the 2015 garden by planting two varieties of kale, Swiss chard, spinach, turnip, beet, and three types of beet.  It won’t be long before the first deliveries will go out. We can’t wait to visit with our old customers and meet the new!  We’ll contact everyone before the deliveries begin, to hammer out the details.
